Rama joined Jade Global as its CFO in Dec 2018. He manages the global finance and accounting functions to support Jade Global in its growth plans and financial objectives and works out of the North Wales, PA of Jade Global.
Rama is a chartered accountant with 20+ years of experience in the technology industry. He has worked with global financial leaders including Deloitte and NTT Data, and handled a variety of roles spanning across finance, human resources, talent acquisition and legal services .Prior to joining Jade Global, Rama served as the CFO of Nous InfoSystems. Before that, he was the Divisional CFO at NTT Data and managed the ERP business unit of $600M in revenue. He played a significant role in growing the Business Unit through Mergers &Acquisitions. He also played an important role in business and financial integration, when NTT Data merged all its USA legal entities under one common brand. Before NTT Data, he worked at Intelligroup Inc, as part of the senior management team and played a key role in Company’s growth, decision making, strategy and subsequent sale to NTT Data.
