Her professional career has spanned a little over 25 years in various fortune 500 global corporations in leadership roles : SKF Bearings, Cummins ltd, IBM (for 10 years) and Tata Group in the field of talent management,diversity, ethics, coaching, large Scale global projects in learning and organizational Development, capability building for business results via extensive experience of working with Global leaders and different stakeholders. She is recognised with several national and international awards for her professional contribution.
She has completed her Master’s in Chemistry, research in Materials Science and then chose a career in Human Resources due to her innate liking for people development and graduated with a gold medal in Human Resource Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, India. She has recently completed her Master’s degree in Sustainability Leadership with distinction from Cambridge University, UK and has several international publications to her credit. She is currently a Vice President-Learning and Organizational Development with Jade Global Software Ltd.
