Jade Global Appoints New CFO to Support Future Growth Plans

As we approach the new year, Jade Global is adding a new strength to its leadership team. Rama Karanam has joined Jade Global as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As part of the ongoing expansion of Jade Global’s East Coast headquarters, Rama will manage global finance and accounting operations from our North Wales, Pennsylvania location.

Rama has experience working for Big Four Accounting firms and as CFO for publicly traded companies. Rama is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Throughout his career, Rama held a variety of financial leadership roles, from Controller to CFO.

The length and breadth of Rama’s experience brings tremendous value to Jade Global. Rama has high confidence in taking the company to new levels of growth and success. When asked what he is looking forward to in his new role, Rama replied, “With the help of my background and experience, I am looking forward to supporting Jade Global in its growth plans and achieve its strategic and financial objectives.” He continued, “The company expects to grow in the same direction as it has grown in the past few years, and I would like to use my experience to help reinvest in the business as necessary to continue to propel that growth.”

Jade Global is on a steady growth curve, both in terms of employee size and revenue. For the past 4 years, Jade more than doubled in revenues. Recently, Jade Global landed a spot on Inc. Magazine’s fastest growing private companies for the 8th year in a row. The Silicon Valley Business Journal has also awarded Jade as one of the 50 of the fastest-growing private companies in the Silicon Valley. Given the future growth projections that CEO Karan Yaramada expects, he sought after Rama to strengthen Jade’s finance functions and to establish adequate controls to manage the business efficiently.
