Arun Menon joined Jade Global in October 2017 as Senior Vice President. Arun is responsible for managing the entire global delivery operations for Jade. Arun is a highly accomplished global executive with over 25+ years of experience in the IT services industry. Prior to joining Jade, Arun was with Tech Mahindra where he held roles spanning global delivery, operations, presales and sales. Arun has successfully delivered complex projects in diverse industry verticals to global clients in North America, Asia Pac and Europe. Having spent more than 13 years of his career onsite in US and Europe and rest in India, Arun comes with deep expertise and experience in managing large diverse teams both onsite and offshore, managing CxO level relationships, P&L management, vendor management, capacity management and technical delivery management. Before Tech Mahindra, Arun was associated with Larsen & Toubro.
Arun has a B. Tech with honors in Computer Science & Engineering, and a Management degree in Business Finance. He has also completed the GPMD program conducted by Ross Michigan School of Business.
Harmeet Bhatia joined Jade Global in 2014 as Vice President- Global Sales and Business Development. His responsibility is to lead and expand the Sales team to provide rapid topline, revenue and profitability growth.
Harmeet brings over 20 years of experience in the IT Industry. His primary focus has been in sales, business development, and alliances for the enterprise software application services and systems integration projects. He has an excellent track record in overseeing the sales and business development activities in the areas of systems integration, technology implementations, and strategic consulting.
As the Executive Vice President, Delivery Excellence and Enterprise IT, Anant is responsible for delivering on the ‘Jade Promise’ through perpetuating a culture of excellence that focuses on the spirit of the best in class processes and maturity frameworks. Anant is also responsible for making Jade’s systems and processes ready for sustained growth, while enabling customer-facing employees with the right information.
Anant joined Jade in 2005 and has played multiple roles in his tenure with the company. He was responsible for setting up and growing Jade’s Offshore Delivery facility in Pune, India. Most recently, he led the Client Services portfolio involving 5 diverse service lines to achieve sustained growth.
Prior to joining Jade Global, Anant had acquired extensive experience in all aspects of selling and delivering complex world-wide software engagements. He has outstanding credentials in building strong teams, creating new revenue streams, account management and relationship management.
Anant earned his Bachelors of Computer Science degree from Pune, India, where he currently resides with his wife and 2 daughters.
As the Executive Vice President and a key member of the Executive Team, Sudipta is in-charge of the global P&L for Jade Global. He is responsible for managing Client Services and driving the company-wide revenue and margin goals. Sudipta joined Jade Global in 2016 as Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives.
Sudipta is an IT Transformation Leader with 28+ years of successful track record in IT services industry – including 20+ years of senior leadership experience in Tier 1 organizations such as Siemens, ATOS, Hewlett Packard, Tata Consultancy Services and Larsen & Toubro. He has extensive experience in creating and implementing business strategies, sales and sales management, global delivery, business development, organization development, technology strategy, service management, practice management, analyst relations and M&A. Sudipta comes with strong expertise in strategizing, winning and delivering large global engagements across diverse industry segments such as Oil & Gas, Transportation, Automotive, Aerospace, Hi-Tech, Communications, Payment Systems, Banking and Insurance. Prior to Jade Global, Sudipta managed a $200M+ global P&L and a 1000+ member delivery team located in North America, India, Poland, Argentina and Brazil.
Sudipta earned his bachelor’s in Electronics and Communication engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Surathkal, India.
As Sr. Director, Managed Services, Manoj is responsible for developing managed services business with a prime focus on delivering operational efficiencies to Jade Customers. He is responsible for account management, P&L, People Management and Developing new solutions/offerings within Managed services organization.
Manoj joined Jade Global in 2006 and has played multiple roles in his tenure with the company. He was responsible for setting up and growing Jade’s Internal infrastructure to support its growth and then setting up database and Infrastructure practice in previous roles. Prior to joining Jade Global, Manoj had acquired extensive functional and technical experience in working with some of the large High Tech, Financial customers in various decision support, Back Office Applications as well as product development and deployments.Manoj is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IITD), and also completed Leadership training from UC Berkeley.
As Vice President of Technology Services Deepak leads our Technology Business and Practice team across North America. He has extensive experience in Sales & Business development, organization development, technology strategy, practice management, Strategic account management and growth.
Deepak comes with 25+ years of successful track record in IT services industry in Tier 1 organizations such as HCL Technologies, Capgemini, L&T Infotech and eInfochips (Now Arrow Electronics). Deepak comes with strong expertise in strategizing, winning and delivering large global engagements across diverse industry segments such as Hi-Tech, Communications, Software product companies, Consumer electronics, Healthcare, Medical Devices and Semiconductor companies.
At Jade Deepak is responsible for Technology Services Sales, Business Development, Practice management and P&L. He also leads practice teams developing solutions/offerings in areas of IoT, DevOps/CloudOps, Product Engineering and Digital Enterprise Services.
Deepak earned his Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Bombay University and was Student Section President for Instrumentation Society of America (Now International Society of Automation). ISA is a nonprofit professional association that sets the standard for those who apply engineering and technology to improve the management, safety, and cybersecurity of modern automation and control systems used across industry and critical infrastructure.
David Richer, Director of Organizational Development, is responsible for organizational effectiveness, culture, learning, leadership development, and employee relations at Jade Global.
David joined Jade Global in 2013 in the project management office, bringing over 25 years of IT experience in training, management, and consulting. In 2018 he was promoted to head the organizational development department which blends his experience in IT with his personal mission to improve the quality of life for people in the workforce.
David is an alumnus of UC Davis and has also completed advanced training in the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute which integrates deep personal development with practices for introducing mindfulness to organizations and creating positive change.
