Sandeep will be based in Pune, India and will oversee Jade Global’s entire India operations including Client Services and Administration. His responsibilities will include driving the AMS and Product Engineering lines of business, building new technology practices for emerging service lines, driving quality initiatives, like ISO and CMMi certifications, and enhancing the overall quality of Jade’s offshore delivery services.

With over 20 years of strategic leadership experience in the Media, Automotive Manufacturing, Hi-Tech and Software Product Development and IT Services industries, Sandeep brings a unique blend of vision, direction, and business strategy acumen to create sustainable, world-class business processes. Prior to joining Jade Global, Sandeep served as Global Chief Information Officer (CIO), at Zensar Technologies where he instituted a transformational global IT strategy that improved operational efficiency, integrated ISO 20000 standards and enabled business growth organically and through acquisition. Prior to his role at Zensar, Sandeep worked at D-Link as Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Tech Support where he was responsible for the turnaround of the global technical support business. Sandeep spent 13 years in PTC prior to that, playing senior management roles in IT and R&D functions and played a key role in building PTCs presence in India.
