Jade Global Expands Senior Leadership Team to Enhance Their Service Delivery Capabilities and Maturity

Jade Global appointed Arun Menon as the Senior Vice President, Global Delivery Operations. Arun will be responsible for managing the entire global delivery operations for Jade.

Arun is a highly accomplished global executive with over 25+ years of experience in the IT services industry. Prior to joining Jade, Arun was with Tech Mahindra where he held roles spanning global delivery, operations, presales and sales. Arun has successfully delivered complex projects in diverse industry verticals to global clients in North America, Asia Pac and Europe. Having spent more than 13 years of his career onsite in US and Europe and rest in India, Arun comes with deep expertise and experience in managing large diverse teams both onsite and offshore, managing CxO level relationships, P&L management, vendor management, capacity management and technical delivery management. Before Tech Mahindra, Arun was associated with Larsen & Toubro.

Arun will be working closely alongside Sudipta Bhattacharjee, Jade’s Executive VP of Client Services, who announced Arun’s appointment to the Jade Global team earlier this month. “As Jade Global charters its next phase of growth, we are glad to announce the joining of Arun Menon as Senior Vice President responsible for Global Delivery Operations. Arun brings rich industry expertise and experience in managing globally diverse teams both onsite and offshore. Arun has worked in USA, UK and India and has managed several key roles working with IT Services companies such as Tech Mahindra. Arun will be stationed in Pune, India and manage Jade’s customers worldwide” stated Sudipta.
