Jade Global helped TTI by setting up a Microsoft Cloud Solution platform for Data Integration and Data Warehousing in Power BI for Financial Reporting. As part of the project, Jade designed Finance data models and helped curate data from multiple sources such as ERP fusion and files into a single Data Warehouse in Power BI. Jade designed and built analytical capabilities for AR Aging, AP Aging, Account Analysis, and Financial Statements.
The major challenge was that data was scattered across sources and business users had a tough time collating data in a single worksheet, and then creating an analysis. The Financial Reporting solution provided by Jade helped ease their manual efforts and helped with faster and better analysis and decision-making.

Setting up an FTP server solution for extracting data from ERP Fusion
TTI in existing Fusion OTBI reporting could not add PO Numbers to the report. They had to follow multiple manual iterations to get everything in one report and implementing the same in MSBI was challenging.

Jade proposed implementing Data Warehousing and Analytics Solution for TTI by following a proven and strategic framework, while incrementally implementing and rolling it out to TTI business users. Jade Identified the reports which were critical for their business and prioritized them accordingly.
